Determining genotype; Punnett square can be used to predict possible genotype of an offspring by using genotype of the parent.

To construct a Punnett square, list one parent’s alleles across the top of the table, and the other parent’s alleles on the left-hand side. In each square, write the allele from the mother and the allele from the father that correspond to the row and column of that square.  Take the number of squares occupied by a certain blood type and divide it by the total number of squares.
